Mission Ensure the proper functioning, stability, and continuous evolution of the core banking platform, guaranteeing the reliability, performance, and integrity of critical banking processes. Actively contribute to system improvements and support business needs. Responsibilities Provide application support for the core banking system Banka (AS400) Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents in production environments Perform technical and functional troubleshooting Participate in system enhancements and improvement projects Collaborate with internal teams (IT and business) and external vendors Ensure system integrity, availability, and performance Analyze data and validate critical processes Technical Requirements Proven experience in core banking systems (preferably Banka) Knowledge of AS400 / IBM i Experience in data analysis (SQL / DB2 is a plus) Functional knowledge of banking operations Experience troubleshooting in critical environments Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Soft Skills Proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership Ability to adapt to dynamic environments Good communication skills (technical and business) Results-oriented with strong deadline management Team player Critical thinking and problem-solving ability Ability to manage priorities under pressure Conditions Hybrid work model (2–3 days on-site in Lisbon ) What can you expect from us?
