About the Job: An opportunity has arisen for a Cook to join Culinary in Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: * Prepare and cook high-quality dishes following recipes and Chef guidelines, ensuring excellent presentation. * Maintain organized mise-en-place and cleanliness to support smooth kitchen operations. * Manage your assigned kitchen section and coordinate team tasks during service. * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times. * Assist in menu preparation, team support, and efficient use of kitchen resources. About you: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or restaurants. * Professional, approachable, and team-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure with flexibility to meet operational needs.
