Positions & Working Hours: Dutch Conversion Agents (NL Desk): 10:00 AM 7:00 PM English Conversion Agents (AU Desk): 2:00 AM 11:00 AM English Retention Agents (AU Desk): 5:00 AM 2:00 PM English Retention Agents (AU Desk): 6:00 AM 2:00 PM English Retention Agents (AU Desk): 7:00 AM 4:00 PM English Conversion Agents (CA Desk): 5:00 PM 2:00 AM English Retention Agents (CA Desk): 4:00 PM 1:00 AM French Retention Agents (FR Desk): 9:00 AM 6:00 PM About the Role: As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will play a pivotal role in transforming potential leads into loyal clients, as well as nurturing existing relationships to ensure satisfaction and ongoing engagement. Your excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach will make a real impact in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Key Responsibilities: For Dutch Conversion Agents (NL Desk): Engage with prospects via phone, email, and chat to develop relationships. Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to convert inquiries into sales. Maintain precise records of interactions and conversions. For English Retention Agents (AU & CA Desks): Reach out to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns. Proactively foster ongoing relationships to encourage continued business. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Gather and document client feedback to support continuous improvement. What Were Looking For: Language Skills: Native or fluent Dutch for Conversion Agents; native or fluent English for Retention Agents; additional languages are a plus. Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred. Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with colleagues. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in CRM systems and sales tools. Why Join Us?
