Contact Centre Agent (German-speaking) Location: Malta (On-site) Start Date: 20 April 2026 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:30 (8-hour shifts) Contract: Full-time About the Role Join an international contact centre team in Malta, supporting German-speaking customers in a professional and structured environment. This role offers stable working hours, strong bonus potential, and long-term career growth. What You'll Do Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions Provide support via phone, email, or chat Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally Maintain accurate records in internal systems Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction What We're Looking For C2 German + C1 English Strong communication skills Customer-focused mindset Previous customer service experience is a plus Ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment What's in It for You Salary Progression (Hourly): Month 1: €5.60/hour Month 2: €8.10/hour After probation: €8.50/hour After 12 months: €8.75/hour (performance-based) After 18 months: €9.20/hour (performance-based) Additional Benefits: Performance Bonus: up to €2,000/year (after 6 months) Language Allowance: €250/month (after training) Relocation Allowance: €2,000 (paid after 1 month) Important Notes On-site role in Malta No remote option Interested?
