We are currently seeking a BE/BC Adult Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist for a full-time position with our employed provider group, Presbyterian Medical Group. The position involves daily rounding in the general hospital emergency department, including supporting our team of consult liaison clinicians, providing consults for the skilled nursing facility located within our hospital, and assisting on our adult inpatient unit covering overflow beds. This would be an ideal position for a psychiatrist with an interest in consult-liaison, emergency and inpatient psychiatry. Psychosomatic fellowship training is welcome but not essential. The Presbyterian Behavioral Medicine Program is a full-service psychiatry department with 2 adult units, 1 child/adolescent inpatient unit, a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic, intensive outpatient treatment, emergency and consultative services and behavioral medicine services embedded in primary care. Our psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, psychiatric social workers, and registered nurses work together through all levels of patient care to deliver a full continuum of psychiatric and substance abuse services for adults, children, and geriatric patients.
