🎯 Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and board-certified ENT Consultant to join a leading hospital in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence across both surgical and non-surgical ENT care, with a strong commitment to multidisciplinary collaboration and patient-centered outcomes. 🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, sleep apnea, and head & neck tumors.Perform advanced ENT procedures such as:Tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy, septoplastyFunctional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS)Microscopic ear surgery and laryngoscopyHead & neck reconstructive surgeryInterpret diagnostic tests including CT/MRI scans, audiograms, and endoscopic evaluations.Collaborate with audiologists, speech therapists, and other specialists for integrated care.Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient management with a focus on evidence-based practice.Participate in clinical audits, CME activities, and contribute to departmental protocol development.📋 Qualifications & ExperienceCertification: Board-certified in Otolaryngology (e.g., American Board, Royal College, or equivalent)Licensure: DHA license or eligibility requiredExperience: Minimum 5 years post-specialization in a tertiary care or academic hospital settingProven expertise in both adult and pediatric ENT casesStrong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skillsCommitment to continuous professional development and patient safety💼 Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary (AED 70,000–90,000/month depending on experience)Annual performance bonusHousing allowance or accommodationFamily medical insuranceCME allowance and paid study leaveRelocation support and visa sponsorship
