The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Officer to support the Compliance team in ensuring that the company operates in full adherence with applicable gaming regulations, licensing conditions, and internal policies. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in regulatory compliance within the iGaming industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements across all licensed jurisdictions Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and assist with Know Your Customer (KYC) processes Review player accounts and transactions to identify potential risks or irregular activity Assist with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and reporting Maintain accurate compliance records and documentation Support internal audits and regulatory inspections Help prepare reports for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders Monitor regulatory updates and assist in assessing their impact on the business Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Payments, Customer Support, Risk) to ensure compliance alignment Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in law, Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years’ experience on MGA licenses (B2B and B2C) additional experience with other jurisdictions would be an asset. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Good understanding of compliance, AML, and KYC principles.
