An international organisation operating within a regulated environment is looking for an experienced Commercial Legal Counsel to support a broad range of legal and commercial matters across multiple jurisdictions. The role combines strategic legal advisory, contract negotiation, regulatory coordination, and operational legal support within a fast-paced international business environment. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, providing commercially focused legal guidance while supporting business growth, partnerships, and international operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Advise the business on a broad range of legal matters including corporate law, commercial agreements, partnerships, international ventures, labour law, and corporate finance Provide practical and commercially focused legal guidance to management and internal stakeholders Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements including supplier agreements, PSP agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, and marketing contracts Support intellectual property, licensing, and brand protection matters Coordinate with external legal counsel on jurisdiction-specific legal matters including litigation, enforcement, and licensing activities Contribute to the development, implementation, and improvement of internal legal policies and procedures Support corporate transactions, strategic partnerships, and M&A-related activities Assist with legal risk assessment and mitigation across operational and commercial initiatives Deliver legal guidance and training to internal stakeholders and business teams Collaborate closely with operational, finance, compliance, and executive teams on strategic legal projects REQUIREMENTS: Law degree (LLB required, LLM considered an advantage) Qualification as an Attorney / Lawyer admitted to the Bar in the country of origin Minimum 4 years of relevant legal experience Previous in-house Legal Counsel experience is mandatory Strong experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation Solid understanding of corporate law and commercial legal procedures Experience within regulated industries is considered an advantage Previous iGaming, licensing, or international commercial experience is highly desirable Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Commercial mindset with ability to balance legal risk and business objectives Ability to work independently within a fast-paced international environment OFFER: Attractive compensation package Relocation support for candidates moving from abroad Opportunity to join a globally operating and fast-growing organisation Medical insurance and pension plan options Birthday vouchers and additional perks for special occasions Monthly lunches, company events, sports activities, and team-building initiatives Modern and collaborative office environment in Limassol Long-term professional growth and career development opportunities Exposure to international commercial and regulatory projects across multiple jurisdictions Diversity & Inclusion Statement We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone can succeed.
