Job Description Epoxy Foreman – $25–$34 per hour depending on Experience Fort Wayne, IN Jack Laurie Group is looking for an experienced Epoxy Foreman to lead crews and help deliver high-quality resinous flooring projects throughout the Fort Wayne market. We’re looking for someone who knows epoxy flooring, can lead from the front, and takes pride in running clean, efficient jobsites. This role is ideal for someone who has experience with commercial or industrial coatings and wants long-term growth with a stable company. What We Offer • Pay ranging from $25–$34 per hour based on experience • Overtime opportunities • Performance-based bonuses • Potential company vehicle for the right candidate • Relocation assistance available • Local work only – no national travel • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan options • Advancement opportunities with a growing company What You’ll Do • Lead and supervise epoxy installation crews • Coordinate daily jobsite operations • Install epoxy, polyaspartic, polyurea, and other resinous flooring systems • Ensure proper surface preparation and application techniques • Read blueprints and project specifications • Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards • Train and mentor crew members • Keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule What We’re Looking For • 3+ years of epoxy or resinous flooring experience preferred • Leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred • Ability to work independently and manage crews • Experience with commercial or industrial flooring systems • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic • Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Work Area Projects are primarily located in and around the Fort Wayne area.
