CNC Lathe/Milling Operator (DMG Mori Experience)

Summary We are seeking skilled CNC Lathe/Milling Operators with proven expertise in DMG Mori machinery to play a critical role in our precision manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining advanced CNC equipment, interpreting complex technical specifications, and upholding strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Operate CNC lathe and milling machines, with a focus on DMG Mori systems Perform machine setup, including tool selection, work-piece alignment, and parameter configuration. Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and measurement reports with precision Conduct thorough quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Maintain accurate production records and comply with safety and operational protocols Carry out routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues Support continuous workflow optimization and meet established production targets Requirements Requirements: Anabin H+ qualification or equivalent recognized technical training Minimum 6 years of hands-on CNC machining experience Mandatory experience with DMG Mori machines Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments German language proficiency at A2/B1 level Familiarity with and willingness to adhere to German industry standards and work practices Benefits Competitive salary (€3,000 gross/month) Stable job with growth opportunities Modern workshop with advanced machinery Health insurance & social security as per German regulations Paid leave and employee support programs Relocation assistance (if required)
