About the role You'll act as a trusted advisor, building long‑term relationships and uncovering sales opportunities for clients using cloud solutions (e.g., Google Cloud ). This is a hybrid role based in Kraków, Poland , focused on consultative selling, pipeline growth, and delivering excellent customer experience. Key responsibilities Prospect and develop accounts using a consultative, relationship‑first approach. Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities ; prepare quotes and negotiate to meet targets. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals. Engage with decision makers (SMBs to C‑level) to assess needs and propose cloud solutions. Collaborate cross‑functionally to design solutions and support onboarding. Monitor market and product trends to advise customers confidently. Must‑have skills and experience German — C2 (native or equivalent) ; flawless verbal and written communication. English — minimum B2 (verbal and written). 1+ years of sales experience with proven prospecting, negotiating, and closing results. Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and developing long‑term partnerships. Basic understanding of cloud‑based software and technology solutions (experience with Google Cloud is a plus). Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently and in a team. Reside in or be willing to relocate to the Kraków area . Compensation & benefits Base salary + performance‑related bonuses.
