CLINICAL PROFESSIONAL ASHEVILLE OFFICE -- Services/Clinical/Day Program Office - Asheville, NC 28803 Apply Overview Position Type Professional Positions Category Health Care Apply Description The Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC) is growing our clinical team! We are one of NC’s only non-profit ABA providers, which means we emphasize quality above billable hours and have created a team culture that is both client and clinician focused. As a non-profit, we are able to offer BCBAs and families a truly individualized experience that is focused on quality. Our caseloads cap at 8 clients and we don't hold families to any extreme service minimums, like 30-40 hours/week. Responsibilities: Design behavioral interventions and intensive ABA programming using appropriate assessments, protocols, formats, and professional standards. Provide training and consultation as needed. Supports a caseload to up to 8 clients with a goal of 20 billable hour per week Provide weekly RBT supervision using CASP standards Provide regular family collaboration and training to caregivers Collaborate with other members of our professional community to support best practice Benefits: Full-time, salaried positions with competitive compensation Full benefits package including: health, dental and vision insurance; short-term disability leave and a 401(k) package with employer match Paid vacation, holidays and sick leave for full-time employees Eligibility for student-loan forgiveness under the Public Servant Student Loan Forgiveness Act Compensation for travel expenses Professional development opportunities, including paid attendance and travel expenses for NCABA. CEU, certification and licensure reimbursement Work from home when not supervising clients $2,500 relocation bonus available Pay: base salary from $80,000-$95,000, attainable bonus that could exceed $20,000 Location and Schedule: In home; No clients after 5:30 Qualifications BCBA : The individual must hold a certification and/or license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB (Behavior Analysis Certification Board); licensure through the NC BALB.
