Clinical Pharmacist

As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and deliver clinical services. Provide best-practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care, ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management. Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on safe and effective medication use. Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that empowers all staff to excel. What you’ll bring Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent, with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA. High level of computer literacy, including experience with dispensing software. Enjoy working in a collaborative team and thrive in a friendly, supportive environment. Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
