Qualifications
Required
- Experience & Professional Background: 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or early-stage startup / founder roles.

- Communication Polish: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex business problems into clean, scannable frameworks.
- Collaborative Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-builder who works well across technical and non-technical teams.
- Execution DNA: High ownership mindset with a bias towards action.
Preferred
- Foundational understanding of core SaaS/tech business models and venture-backed corporate growth scaling patterns.
- Experience setting up internal data analytics infrastructure or leveraging modern operational toolings (such as Notion, Slack, Jira, and CRM dashboards).
- Prior experience working effectively as part of a fully remote, geographically distributed corporate team.
