Qualifications Required Experience & Professional Background: 2–4 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, product management, or early-stage startup / founder roles. Ambiguity Navigation: Highly comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal structure. Analytical & Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent judgment. Communication Polish: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex business problems into clean, scannable frameworks. Collaborative Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-builder who works well across technical and non-technical teams. Execution DNA: High ownership mindset with a bias towards action. Preferred Foundational understanding of core SaaS/tech business models and venture-backed corporate growth scaling patterns. Experience setting up internal data analytics infrastructure or leveraging modern operational toolings (such as Notion, Slack, Jira, and CRM dashboards). Prior experience working effectively as part of a fully remote, geographically distributed corporate team.
