Business Development Representative – German-speaking | Google Pay Project Kraków, Poland | Hybrid | Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 Performance bonus up to 5,000 PLN/quarter Relocation support | Hybrid after onboarding | Long-term contract This is not a generic sales role. You'll be working on the Google Pay project — one of the world's leading digital payment platforms — helping businesses in the DACH market move faster, transact smarter, and grow bigger. You won't be cold-calling into the void. You'll be opening doors for a product people already trust, in a market that's actively expanding. What you'll be doing Identifying and engaging new B2B opportunities in the DACH market Reaching decision-makers via phone, email and digital channels Presenting Google Pay solutions and managing the full sales cycle — from first contact to close Hitting and exceeding monthly and quarterly KPIs Tracking your pipeline with precision and collaborating with a high-performance international team What you need Fluent German (C1/C2) + English B2 minimum At least 1 year of B2B sales experience Background in SaaS, IT, Cloud, tech sales or digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) — ideally both Proven outbound and closing experience Results-driven, confident, and comfortable working to targets What you get Quarterly performance bonus starting at 5,000 PLN (uncapped growth potential) One-time relocation reimbursement: 2,600 PLN gross Hybrid model: 3 days office / 2 days home after onboarding Structured training and onboarding Support with residence card if needed Real career growth within a Google-backed project Why this one stands out Most sales roles offer you a product.
