General Description: In order to make sure that important appointments are scheduled for the sales team, the appointment setter schedules consultations between sales staff and potential clients. Work Schedule and Arrangement: 11:00 PM- 8:00 AM (PHT); Onsite Set Up Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu Responsibilities: Cold calling potential clients Scheduling appointments for clients and sales team Make outbound calls for client appointment reminders Ensures that important meetings are booked for the sales team Familiarize essential details of products and services Requirements: At least college level Excellent communication skills Prospecting and lead generation. At least 1 year of sales experience, either BPO or non-BPO sales.
