As we continue our rapid growth across Europe, we are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our merchant network and strategic partnerships. Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth across European markets. Identify, acquire, and manage new merchant and partner relationships. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, financial institutions, and industry stakeholders. Stay informed about developments in the payments industry, regulatory landscape, and market trends. Analyze competitor activities and identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of client projects. Present and recommend tailored payment solutions based on customer requirements. Represent YabandPay at industry events, conferences, and networking activities. Requirements Bachelor's degree (HBO/WO) or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, account management, or partnership management within the payments, fintech, banking, or financial services industry. Strong understanding of payment acquiring, payment gateways, merchant services, or fintech products. Commercial mindset with a track record of achieving business growth targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages such as German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch are considered a strong advantage. Eligible to work in a regulated financial services environment.
