About this role
An international telecom and connectivity company is looking for a strong hunter profile to accelerate growth across Southern Europe.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience selling complex B2B technology solutions within telecom, IoT, connectivity, SaaS or embedded technology environments.
You will focus on strategic business development across Spain, Italy and selected Balkan markets, targeting industries such as mobility, transport, industrial solutions and smart cities.
The Role
You will join an international and multicultural team dedicated to developing global connectivity projects and large international accounts.
The sales cycle is consultative and involves multiple stakeholders, from technical teams to C-level decision makers.
Main Responsibilities
Required Experience

Main Responsibilities
- Develop new strategic accounts across Southern Europe
- Build business opportunities within mobility, transport, industrial and smart-city sectors
- Lead consultative sales cycles from prospecting to rollout
- Understand customer technical and business challenges and position suitable IoT/connectivity solutions
- Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams during deployment phases
- Convert pilot projects into international rollouts
- Develop long-term client relationships and grow account revenue
- Negotiate commercial agreements and manage pipeline growth
Required Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B solution sales
- Experience within telecom operators, telecom equipment providers or consulting firms strongly preferred
- Experience in IoT, telecom, connectivity, SaaS or edge/embedded technologies
- Proven hunter mindset and business development success
- Comfortable managing long and consultative sales cycles
- Strong prospecting and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage technical and commercial stakeholders
- Curiosity for technologies such as eSIM, LTE-M, NB-IoT, private LTE or 5G is a plus
- International mindset and ability to work in multicultural environments
- Microsoft Office / Pack Office
- Fluent English mandatory
- Fluent Italian mandatory
- Fluent Spanish mandatory
