Currently, four Vietnamese engineers with native-level Japanese proficiency are stationed at the Japan office. They coordinate daily with the Japanese project teams to align specifications and manage development through web conferences with the engineers at the development firm in Ho Chi Minh City (which has approximately 40 members). The president of the development firm is an exceptional engineer who has been involved since the company's founding, ensuring that resource management and development direction are executed very smoothly. The projects involve either Smartplus’s securities business or the company’s enterprise solution business. (As a general rule, there are no visits to client sites.)
