- Take full ownership of branch performance, including revenue growth, margin, cost control and service delivery.
- Lead, coach and develop a capable multi-disciplinary team across sales, operations and administration.
- Drive growth through new business, tender opportunities and a disciplined key-account approach.
- Be the local face of Higgins, building trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders and the wider community.
- Successfully led and developed a small to mid-sized team and know how to bring people with you.
- Strong B2B consultative selling experience, ideally in solution-based sales with longer sales cycles.
- Experience in commercial painting, facilities maintenance, construction, or another trade-based services environment.
- Commercial and financial acumen to manage quoting, tendering, WIP, contract administration, budgets and P&L performance.
- A structured onboarding and induction experience so you understand our people, systems, customers and ways of working from day one.
- Ongoing mentoring, leadership support and access to national expertise to help you succeed in the role.
