As a BCBA, you’ll help cultivate a space where children and team members feel supported and empowered. You’ll deliver exceptional ABA services, guide RBTs in their growth, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure each child receives comprehensive, high-quality care. Perks & Benefits: Competitive base salary starting at $76,250, with increases for experience Up to $12,000 Annual Bonus Hybrid work schedule with two remote days Comprehensive Benefits; Including Medical, Dental, and Vision 401(k) with Company Match Employee Assistance Program Paid Vacation, Sick Days & Holidays CEU & Professional Development Reimbursement Career Development & Leadership Tracks Fun, collaborative culture – team events, celebrations, and supportive leadership What You’ll Do: Conduct assessments, develop individualized therapy programs, and monitor client progress Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision Complete and submit required documentation, including, but not limited to, SOAP Notes, Evaluations, Progress Reports in accordance with practice guidelines Collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to support comprehensive care Maintain targeted caseload of 28 therapy hours per week Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.
