As a Behavior Specialist / Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at May Institute School for Autism and Developmental Disabilities , you’ll work alongside a dedicated team of BCBAs who provide mentorship, consultation, and ongoing professional growth. Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) , you’ll develop individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, and train staff to support school-aged children with developmental disabilities. What You Bring: Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field. BCBA certification or must be in the process of obtaining certification.
