Role Overview We are seeking experienced DeltaV Automation Engineers to join our global pharma automation projects in Ireland. The role involves onsite batch processing, commissioning, and validation of Emerson DeltaV systems in regulated pharmaceutical environments Key Responsibilities Configure and commission Emerson DeltaV Batch systems in compliance with ISA S88 standards. Perform onsite installation, commissioning, and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of automation systems. Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues in batch execution, equipment modules, and control strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during FAT, SAT, and live plant commissioning. Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP5, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements. Prepare and maintain project documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records. Provide onsite support for system integration with MES, SCADA, and other automation platforms. Required Skills & Experience 6–9 years of hands-on experience with Emerson DeltaV DCS/Batch systems. Strong knowledge of Batch configuration, Unit Procedures, Operations, Phases, and Equipment Modules. Experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, and live plant support. Familiarity with validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) and pharma regulatory standards. Exposure to MES integration (Syncade) and reporting tools (Historian, PHV, Trends). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
