Our client is a high-growth, globally trending lifestyle beauty and cosmetics enterprise specializing in innovative K-Beauty formulations, clean skincare, and premium color cosmetics. We are seeking an enthusiastic, media-savvy Associate Public Relations Specialist to join our fully distributed global communications unit. In this role, you will help amplify our brand narrative, coordinate impactful influencer seedings, and track media footprints across top-tier digital beauty channels and editorial networks.

Responsibilities

• Media Outreach & Pitching: Assist in drafting compelling press releases, media pitches, and brand narrative scripts targeting beauty editors, digital publishers, and mainstream lifestyle publications.
• Bilingual Media Relations: Act as a critical communications link, managing relationships and localizing press assets for both Western media outlets and prominent international/Korean beauty channels.
• Influencer Seeding & Gifting Operations: Coordinate our digital-first community gifting campaigns, compiling targeted creator lists (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and overseeing the remote distribution of promotional product packages.
• Press Tracking & Coverage Reporting: Monitor, log, and analyze daily digital and print media placements, leveraging PR tracking tools to create visually clear, scannable monthly "Share of Voice" presentation packages for leadership.
• Cross-Functional Copywriting: Write clear, on-brand copy for internal newsletters, media kits, corporate LinkedIn content, and strategic executive thought-leadership materials.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or an equivalent creative/business discipline.
• Experience Level: 0 to 2 years of professional experience. This is an entry-level position; robust PR agency internships, active beauty lifestyle blogging, university journalism roles, or data-driven digital media project portfolios are highly valued.
• Language Mastery: Highly preferred bilingual verbal and written fluency in both English and Korean to seamlessly facilitate cross-border corporate reporting and multi-market press distribution.
• Digital Communication Acumen: Stellar narrative writing and presentation skills. You must know how to shape a concise, scroll-stopping message while maintaining an obsessive eye for grammatical precision.
• Proactive Remote Independence: A self-motivated operator who excels at organizing timelines, managing multiple media tracking logs, and staying highly accountable in a fully distributed team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational familiarity with specialized PR and media monitoring tools (such as Muck Rack, Cision, Meltwater, or Canva).
• A deep, authentic passion for the global beauty industry, trending skincare routines, cosmetics packaging, or influencer marketing ecosystems.
• Prior experience managing business social media handles or tracking digital campaign metrics during internships or capstone projects.
