Reporting to the Director of Product, this AD of Product will collaborate with product managers, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver innovative data-driven solutions that care smarter, faster, and more human. You'll translate data into strategy, ambiguity into roadmaps, and ideas into measurable impact.
Role Responsibilities
- Co-own the AI product roadmap, from vision to launch
- Champion AI and ML, including NLP and computer vision, across product solutions
- Define the KPIs and ROI metrics that prove AI is actually working
- Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and bring bold new ideas to the table
What do you need
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Healthcare Management, Computer Science, AI, or related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience with exposure to AI or data- driven solutions in healthcare.
- Experience working with clinical teams or understanding healthcare workflows.
