About the Opportunity WellTech Partners has an opportunity with Art Therapist to join their growing multidisciplinary team serving Milwaukee, Waukesha, and surrounding communities. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside music therapists, psychotherapists, nurses, and case managers in a highly collaborative and supportive environment focused on helping clients thrive through creative expression and holistic care. This role offers the opportunity to provide therapy services in a variety of settings including clinic, community, and home-based environments while working with a diverse population of children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Schedule & Flexibility This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with flexible scheduling options available. Clinic hours generally range from 8:30 AM – 7:00 PM , and therapists are asked to work at least one later evening per week to support after-school client needs.   Pay: $55,000 – $64,000 annually Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $1,250 available for qualified candidates What You'll Do Provide individual and group art therapy services Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs Support clients with a variety of diagnoses including: Autism and developmental disabilities Mental health disorders Substance use disorders (SUD/AODA) Neurodegenerative diseases End-of-life care needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed Qualifications Master's Degree in Art Therapy required ATR, ATRL, AT-BC, LPC-IT, LPC, and/or SAC-IT preferred (or actively pursuing licensure) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for using creativity as a therapeutic tool Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of Art Therapy experience Spanish-speaking / bilingual candidates encouraged to apply Benefits & Perks Health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance PTO + 9 paid holidays 401(k) with 3% company match Mileage reimbursement at federal rate CEU stipend + paid professional development time Assistance with supervision hours toward ATR/LPC Support for state and national membership fees Employee Assistance Program All art materials provided Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Why Join This Opportunity?
