As an Arabic Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the safety and integrity of digital platforms for Arabic-speaking users. Your role will involve monitoring content, managing safety issues, and ensuring compliance with community standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and monitor user-generated content to detect violations related to trust and safety guidelines.
- Engage with Arabic-speaking users to address concerns and support digital safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine safety protocols and policies.
- Analyze digital safety data and trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes and industry best practices in digital trust and safety.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Your native language and nationality must be clearly indicated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with full relocation package provided.
