The role We are looking for entrepreneurial, competitive, and analytical talent to join our Trading department. You do not need to have a financial background; we will teach you all you need to know. You will solve problems, create new tools, and/or design new strategies. If you have 1-3 years of experience coding, excellent mental arithmetic and analytical skills, and a genuine interest in learning algorithmic and quantitative trading you might be a good candidate for this role. Having trading knowledge or experience isn’t required for the role, but a genuine interest in learning algorithmic, high-frequency, and quantitative trading is helpful. Responsibilities Trade a wide range of financial instruments. Develop, maintain and improve trading strategies and algorithms. Run trading desks. Manage the execution and risk of complex trading portfolios. Run projects with developers from the IT department. Requirements Education: Graduated in 2022–2024, preferably in a STEM field. Skills: Strong mental arithmetic and analytical abilities (tested). Coding: 1–3 years of experience in any programming language, including at least 1 year of professional/commercial work (tested). Knowledge: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns. Language: Fluent in English. Flexibility: Open to relocation to Dubai. Bonus Points Participation in national competitions is desirable. High grades are a plus.
