Your fluency in Albanian will be essential in providing tailored support and maintaining safe digital communities. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate digital activities to ensure adherence to safety policies. Respond promptly to user inquiries concerning trust and safety issues. Provide education and guidance to users on best practices for online safety. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve safety protocols. Document safety trends and user feedback, contributing insights to management. Stay updated on emerging threats and solutions in the digital safety domain. Fluency in Albanian (spoken and written) is required. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with fully paid relocation support.
