Key Responsibilities Support and oversee daily airline revenue accounting operations Lead, coach, and support a team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance targets Manage revenue reconciliation, reporting, and variance analysis Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance and operations Drive process improvements and operational efficiency Requirements English C2 (CEFR) mandatory Solid experience as a Team Leader in airline revenue accounting roles mandatory Management experience is required Strong knowledge of airline revenue accounting processes Ability to work on-site in Malta Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Only candidates with proven Team Leader experience in revenue accounting roles within airline companies will be considered.
