We are seeking skilled manufacturing professionals with experience in aircraft assembly, production operations, aerostructures, systems installation, and cross-functional manufacturing environments. Why Aerospace Professionals Choose AAA USA: Competitive Pay Overtime Opportunities Available Long-Term Aerospace Programs Relocation Assistance Available Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits 401(k) with Company Match PTO & Paid Holidays Career Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: Support assembly and manufacturing operations for aircraft structures and components Oversee assembly of components into subassemblies and completed units Support structural assembly, systems installation, and production integration activities Work closely with engineering, quality, supply chain, and production teams Interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and manufacturing specifications Assist with troubleshooting, process improvement, and production support initiatives Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and customer requirements Support testing and validation activities using mechanical and electrical test equipment Requirements Minimum 5 years of aerospace or manufacturing experience Experience supporting cross-functional manufacturing teams Leadership or lead-level manufacturing experience preferred Experience in aircraft assembly, aerostructures, or aerospace manufacturing environments preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints Strong communication and problem-solving skills High School Diploma or GED required Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred Must be eligible to work in the United States
