Responsibilities Assess and manage patients with acute medical conditions promptly and effectively. Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Interpret diagnostic tests and use clinical judgment to guide patient management. Provide immediate care in emergency and critical situations to stabilize patients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals across disciplines to ensure coordinated patient care. Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive care. Contribute to clinical research, audits, and quality improvement activities. Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Acute Medicine or an equivalent specialty. Current, unrestricted medical license to practice. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an acute medical care setting. Excellent clinical skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient interactions. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
