Accounting Treasury Manager

Luxembourg | Visa Sponsorship Available | Financial Services / Crypto Industry A leading regulated digital asset and financial services company is looking for an experienced Accounting & Treasury Manager to join its growing European finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-growing international environment at the intersection of finance, regulation, and blockchain technology. Tasks Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the finance function and accounting operations • Oversee month-end/year-end closing, AP, revenue accounting, and financial controls • Treasury management, bank reconciliation, and cash management • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting • Work closely with auditors, compliance, and operations teams • Ensure regulatory and financial reporting compliance • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency • Collaborate with global teams across multiple regions Requirements Requirements • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CPA / CIMA or equivalent) • 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in regulated financial services environments • Strong understanding of accounting operations and financial reporting • Experience with treasury and reconciliation processes • Knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP (IFRS / US GAAP is a plus) • Proficient in Excel and accounting systems • Fluent English and Japanese communication skills required ⭐ Preferred Background • Experience in banking, payments, fintech, or crypto industries • Exposure to multinational or Japanese corporate environments • Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment Benefits Relocation support and work permit sponsorship available for candidates currently based in Europe. 📩 Open to finance professionals with experience in regulated fintech, banking, payments, or digital asset industries. #FinanceJobs #AccountingJobs #Treasury #CryptoJobs #Blockchain #Fintech #LuxembourgJobs #ACCA #CPA #FinancialServices #Hiring
