This role is focused on converting inbound leads and building pipeline to drive revenue growth. You’ll work directly with prospects to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of our platform, and close deals efficiently. You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment where strong communication, commercial thinking, and ownership of the sales process are critical. This role requires working in the office 3 days per week . If this is not possible for you, please do not apply. 🚀 What Success Looks Like Top Priorities Pipeline & Deal Execution Own inbound and self-sourced pipeline from qualification to close Manage multiple opportunities simultaneously with strong forecasting accuracy Maintain a disciplined sales process from first touch to signature Revenue Delivery Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Drive deal progression across HR, legal, and senior stakeholders Customer & Stakeholder Management Build trusted relationships with decision-makers at all levels Multi-thread on deals to increase win rate Navigate complex buying groups effectively Market & Product Expertise Develop deep understanding of UK immigration and sponsorship landscape Position Borderless as a trusted compliance and immigration partner 🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing Sales Execution Convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals Self generate to maintain a strong pipeline Run discovery calls, demos, and commercial negotiations Manage full sales cycle from qualification to close Pipeline Management Maintain a healthy pipeline with disciplined follow-up Prioritise high-value opportunities and forecast accurately Use CRM tools to ensure strong data hygiene and visibility Stakeholder Management Engage HR, legal, operations and leadership stakeholders Navigate complex decision-making environments Market Expertise Stay up to date with UK immigration law and sponsorship requirements Use industry knowledge to position solutions effectively Performance & Ownership Take full ownership of your pipeline and outcomes Work proactively and independently in a fast-moving environment 🧠 Who You Are Must-Have 1–2+ years B2B SaaS sales experience (or equivalent high-performance sales environment) Strong communication skills (able to explain complex topics clearly and confidently) Proven ability to manage and close deals Strong ownership of pipeline and performance Comfortable using CRM and sales tools Resilient, proactive, and target-driven Nice-to-Have Experience in HR tech, compliance, immigration, or regulated industries Experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers Start-up or high-growth environment experience Strong analytical / data-driven mindset 🎁 What You’ll Get From Us Opportunity to join a high-growth, mission-driven company Clear progression opportunities into senior sales roles Exposure to complex, high-value enterprise deals Fast-paced startup environment with real ownership Competitive compensation + uncapped commission ⚠️ What Won’t Work Low ownership of pipeline or accountability Weak communication or inability to simplify complex ideas Lack of resilience in long or complex sales cycles Poor CRM discipline or organisation Preference for highly structured / non-ambiguous environments 🧪 Interview Process Screening call with Talent team 45 min interview with Hiring Manager Take-home exercise (targeting & outreach) Final onsite 💯 Benefits 🏢 3 days in office, 2 days remote 🌮 Monthly company in office lunches 🕺 Monthly company team events ✈ Annual offsite (our last one was in Palma!) 👩‍⚕️ Comprehensive private medical insurance Holidays & Remote Work ✈ 25 days holiday each year + 3 days between 25th December and 31st January + bank holidays 💻 1 week work from anywhere policy Growth & Development 📚 £500 annual Learning & Development budget 📈 6 month performance reviews and promotion opportunities Equipment & Other Perks 🖥️ Laptop, peripherals — whatever you need to work effectively 🚲 Cycle To Work scheme 💰 Employer contributions via Smart Pension 💬 Access to Spill (mental health support) 👟 Gym in Shoreditch Exchange ☕️ Onsite Barista Department Sales Locations London HQ Remote status Hybrid About Borderless We believe in a world where borders are no longer barriers.
