As they continue to expand their European footprint, we are seeking a visionary Account Director to lead strategic growth and own high-level partnerships from their vibrant, multicultural hub in Amsterdam.



The Role: Strategic Ownership & Executive Impact

Reporting directly to the President of the European Office, you will be far more than a manager; you will be the architect of your account portfolio’s success. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge physics and global business strategy.


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute long-term strategies to grow market share and secure high-stakes "new designs."
  • Operational Excellence: Take full ownership of business operations, ensuring internal alignment to secure the capacity your clients need to change the world.
  • Relationship Mastery: Navigate complex, multi-million dollar negotiations and build "win-win" partnerships at the highest executive levels.
  • Global Connectivity: Collaborate with a diverse team in Amsterdam and maintain vital links with HQ in Asia and clients across the US and Europe.



Who You Are

You are a seasoned commercial leader with a rare blend of technical depth and executive presence. You don't just follow roadmaps—you help create them.


  • Technical Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Physics is essential. An MBA is the "cherry on top."
  • Proven Track Record: At least 15 years of commercial experience within the semiconductor field. Experience in the Automotive or Data Center sectors will give you a significant edge.
  • The "Global Mindset": You thrive in intercultural environments, specifically bridging European and Asian business cultures.
  • Driven & Disciplined: You are ambitious, eager to learn, and possess the organizational rigor required to manage a global portfolio.
  • Willing to Travel: You enjoy the energy of face-to-face collaboration, with regular travel to customer sites and the global HQ.
