Overview We are hiring a Production Control Manager for an oil refining plant at a food manufacturing company based in Singapore.The company operates in business areas including vegetable oils, industrial chocolate, emulsified and fermented ingredients, and soy-based processed materials. In this role, you will play a key position within the production site, driving operational optimization and ensuring stable plant operations. POSITION Production Control Manager Job Responsibilities Oversee production control operations at a 24-hour operating oil refining plant Support the Production Control Manager (Head of Production Control) Develop and manage production plans and monitor progress Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and promote continuous improvement initiatives Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the plant Job Requirements Ability to undergo approximately 6 months of training in Japan Minimum 3 years of experience in a production leadership role in the food or cosmetics industry Business-level English proficiency (required for internal communication) Other Informations Visa sponsorship available (local hire) Monthly salary: SGD 7,000 – 10,000 JAC Recruitment Pte.
