Location: Remote (India) Experience Required: 2 – 2.5 years Shift Timing: As per business requirement Budget Range: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA (flexible based on skills) About the Role We are hiring a Zoho Specialist with hands-on experience in Zoho Finance (Books, Invoice, Inventory, Expense) and Zoho HR (People, Recruit, Payroll). The role involves implementation, configuration, automation, reporting, integrations, and support for both finance and HR modules. Requirements Zoho Finance Implement and configure Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Expense, and Zoho Subscriptions. Set up chart of accounts, tax settings, approval flows, and financial workflows. Integrate finance modules with CRM, payment gateways, and external applications. Build dashboards, financial reports, and business insights. Support finance teams with troubleshooting and process optimization. Zoho HR Configure Zoho People modules including leave, attendance, shifts, onboarding, performance, and timesheets. Manage Zoho Recruit workflows, hiring stages, job postings, and candidate pipelines. Administer Zoho Payroll including salary structures, statutory components, and monthly payroll processing. Create HR dashboards and reports such as attendance summaries, hiring metrics, and payroll reports. Automation and Support Build workflows, blueprints, custom forms, and automations using Deluge. Integrate Zoho applications or third-party systems with APIs or webhooks. Provide end-user training, documentation, and functional support. Coordinate with Zoho support teams when required. Required Skills and Experience Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Zoho Finance (mandatory). Working experience with Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, or Zoho Payroll. Strong understanding of finance operations, accounting, HR, and recruitment processes. Ability to customize modules, build workflows, and automate processes. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work in the 5 PM – 2 AM IST shift. Good to Have Experience with Zoho Creator or Deluge scripting. Knowledge of API-based integrations. Zoho Finance or Zoho HR certifications. Experience managing end-to-end implementation projects. Benefits Remote-first work environment.
