Description If you enjoy figuring out timekeeping rules, schedules, and system configurations — and making them actually work — this role might be for you. We’re looking for a Workforce Management System Consultant to help implement and configure Workforce Management solutions for our clients, with a strong focus on UKG WFM / UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions implementations. This role will support projects across the full implementation lifecycle — from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with UKG WFM or closely related platforms such as Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and ADP eTime. Experience with Dayforce, UKG UTA, Infor WFM, or other legacy UKG time and attendance platforms is considered a strong plus. You’ll work closely with clients, project managers, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver scalable Workforce Management solutions that meet operational and business needs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, client collaboration, system configuration, and fast-paced implementation projects where every engagement brings new challenges and opportunities to learn. What You’ll Do Participate in the implementation and configuration of Workforce Management solutions such as UKG, Dayforce, and other WFM platforms Support end-to-end implementation activities including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and go-live support Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration and functional solutions Configure Workforce Management modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Personas, and Business Structure Contribute to requirements documentation, functional design, and testing activities Troubleshoot system and integration-related issues during implementation and testing phases Work within a project team across multiple workstreams and collaborate with project managers, consultants, and technical teams Manage multiple client engagements concurrently in a consulting environment Provide best practice recommendations and functional guidance to clients Participate in client meetings, workshops, and implementation discussions Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training and certification programs What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workforce Management (WFM) or Time & Attendance systems Strong experience with UKG WFM / UKG Pro WFM / UKG Dimensions is highly preferred and considered a core requirement for this role Experience with related platforms that share a similar “DNA” to UKG WFM, including: Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or ADP eTime Candidates without direct UKG WFM experience may still be considered if they possess extensive WFM domain expertise, strong consulting capabilities, and the ability to quickly learn and deliver within the UKG WFM ecosystem Experience with Dayforce is considered a strong nice-to-have, particularly to support broader WFM delivery initiatives, but is not a primary focus of the role Experience with UKG UTA (Ultimate Time & Attendance), Infor WFM, or other legacy UKG timekeeping platforms (UTM, Classic, etc.) is a plus Experience in system configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support for Workforce Management implementations Hands-on experience configuring modules such as Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, Personas, Business Structure, or Attendance Client-facing implementation, consulting, or solution delivery experience within HCM/WFM environments Experience leading a module, workstream, or key portion of an implementation project Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple project workstreams and cross-functional teams Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders Self-starter with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to evolving project requirements Willingness to participate in product training, certification programs, and continuous learning initiatives within the UKG/WFM ecosystem Nice to Have: Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment Vendor certification (UKG, Dayforce, ADP, etc.) Experience working with North America clients Experience supporting integrations or troubleshooting system issues Experience mentoring junior consultants Why Align HCM?
