Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Secretary (NSW) with a minimum of 4 years of experience supporting New South Wales (NSW) Workers Compensation matters. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, ensuring accurate documentation, effective stakeholder coordination, and compliance with NSW workers compensation processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial support for NSW workers compensation cases. Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, legal documents, and case files. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within case management systems. Coordinate appointments, meetings, medical assessments, and follow-up activities. Liaise with insurers, medical providers, solicitors, rehabilitation consultants, and other stakeholders. Monitor case progress and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks. Assist in preparing documentation required for claims management and dispute resolution processes. Ensure compliance with NSW workers compensation legislation, procedures, and internal policies. Support the team with general administrative duties and reporting requirements. Requirements Minimum of 4 years' experience in NSW Workers Compensation administration or secretarial support. Strong understanding of NSW Workers Compensation processes, documentation, and claims management procedures. Experience supporting legal, insurance, workers compensation, or personal injury teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines effectively. Strong stakeholder management and professional communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience supporting Australian legal, insurance, or workers compensation practices. Familiarity with case management systems used within the Australian workers compensation industry. Experience working remotely with Australian-based clients and teams.
