Workday Absence Consultant (French Language Skills / French Market Experience) | Contract | Remote - Outside IR35
Ventula Consulting are supporting a leading international insurance organisation on a major Workday programme and are seeking an experienced Workday Absence Consultant to support a French Absence implementation project.
This is a contract with a UK headquartered company but is fully remote and candidates based in France are welcome to apply.
This contract will run from July 2026 for an initial 6 months with strong potential to extend, supporting the configuration and deployment of Absence processes for the French employee population, with a planned go-live in 2027.
This role would suit an experienced Workday Consultant ideally with French language skills and experience with the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and support Workday Absence plans within an existing Workday tenant
• Work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver French Absence requirements
• Support testing, defect resolution and go-live activities
• Provide guidance on French absence processes and best practice
Required Experience:
• Strong Workday HCM experience
• Extensive Workday Absence configuration expertise
• Previous Workday implementation or enhancement project experience
• Experience supporting French employee populations
Desirable:
• Fluent French language skills
• Workday Time Tracking knowledge
• Previous French legislative or regulatory experience
• Prior Workday deployments within France
Contract Details:
• Start: July 2026
• Duration: Initial 6 months with potential extension
• Location: Remote - UK or France based
• Rate: Circa: 700-800pd Euros - Outside IR35
