Job Description Posting Title : Wintel SME Qualification : Any graduation Experience : 10 years Must Have Skills : Windows Server, Active Directory, Hands-on-experience with Servers, DC operations VMware Good to Have Skills : Azure, Citrix Roles and Responsibilities: Windows Server, Active Directory & VMWare Architect & expert level support, Hands-on-experience with HP & Dell Servers, DC operations • SME level expertise in life-cycle management of Windows Servers, Active Directory & VMWare • Architect / SME level expertise in handling complex environments & supporting, upgrading, planning, designing and executing projects related to Windows server environments, Active Directory / Entra ID, • SME level support on Windows, VMware, and advanced troubleshooting as mandatory • Hardware life cycle management activities with HP & Dell servers including remote troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, BIOS upgrades, driver packages, coordinating with vendors for hardware issues/ replacements etc., Blade Enclosure & blade server management (configuring, troubleshooting issues & firmware / BIOS upgrades) • Experience in DC Ops, Data rooms and Hardware solutioning • Experience in mentoring, guiding teams in handling complex technical issues & activities • Very good communication & customer facing skills • Experience with ITIL framework Location : Bangalore,Hyderabad , Pune CTC Range : 25 LPA Notice period : Immediate Shift Timings : General Mode of Interview : Virtual Mode of Work : Hybrid Mode of Hire : Contract
