This is a production-focused role designed for a high-performing professional who thrives in a growth environment. The BDO will drive new fee revenue across investment management, trust services, liquidity solutions, retirement plans, and related bank products through both self-sourced relationships and internal partnerships. This is an opportunity to build something meaningful within a growing community bank while playing a direct role in shaping the future of our wealth platform. What You’ll Do • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan focused on revenue growth. • Generate new client relationships across investment management, trust, and institutional solutions. • Identify and pursue opportunities with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, institutions, and specialty pools. • Build and maintain relationships with centers of influence (CPAs, attorneys, consultants). • Partner with commercial and retail banking teams to strengthen referral pipelines. • Collaborate with Trust, Investment, Capital Markets, and Operations teams to structure client solutions. • Contribute to the expansion of liquidity, retirement, and enhanced cash product offerings. • Manage and grow an existing or transferable portfolio, where applicable. • Support the continued growth and scalability of the Bank’s wealth platform. What You’ll Bring • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, trust services, investment advisory, or institutional sales. • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing new revenue-producing relationships. • Strong professional network and market presence. • Experience working across multiple financial product lines is preferred. • Securities licensing required or ability to obtain. • CFP®, CTFA, or similar credentials preferred. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for performance and measurable results. This is a remote position; however, we have a strong preference for candidates located in the DFW, Houston, or Colorado Springs markets.
