This training program is a career launchpad for people who are personable, curious, and ambitious. As part of a global investment platform spanning New York, Connecticut, London, Zurich, and Stockholm, you will work at the front end of a growing private wealth practice: finding the right clients, opening conversations, and building the relationships that institutional-quality firms are made of.
This program is highly selective. It begins as a structured, unpaid training program, with the opportunity to move into a compensated role for those who perform.

About the Program
This role sits at the intersection of research, marketing, and relationship building. You will learn how a modern advisory firm identifies the right people to serve, reaches them with a polished and credible message, and earns the conversations that lead to long-term client relationships.
This is not a sales role. You may never pitch products, push anyone, or close a deal. Your work is to research the right people, open good conversations, and introduce interested prospects to our senior team. Investment advice and recommendations are provided only by our licensed professionals.
You will learn how to research and identify strong-fit prospective clients, how to open a conversation with someone you have never met, and how to represent a sophisticated firm with confidence and taste.

No license is required to begin. Strong performers who are interested may be supported toward Series 65 and an Investment Adviser Representative track over time.
