Job Title: Secondary Merchant Operations Manager (Remote) Location: Remote About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Secondary Merchant Operations Manager to grow and manage ticketing merchants. This fully remote role involves sourcing new merchants, onboarding them, and optimizing their operations to drive platform success. What Youll Do: Merchant Acquisition: Identify and attract ticketing merchants across multiple channels; ensure compliance during onboarding. Operations & Strategy: Develop tailored acquisition and operational strategies for diverse merchants. Training & Support: Provide structured guidance through beginner, intermediate, and advanced training programs. Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication, share updates, and gather feedback to strengthen partnerships. Data-Driven Improvement: Monitor key metrics and use insights to optimize merchant performance. What Were Looking For: 3+ years experience in live events, music, or ticketing industry. Strong market development, project management, and marketing skills. English proficiency for work; international experience is a plus. Existing network of ticketing merchants is highly desirable.
