Your mission is to drive aggressive, scalable revenue growth across our IT services, staffing, and SaaS divisions, with a direct and uncapped impact on our journey to become one of India's next great companies. You Will Be Responsible For: Strategy & Execution: Designing and executing the comprehensive sales strategy to capture significant market share and exceed ambitious revenue targets. Team Building: Recruiting, mentoring, and leading a world-class sales team. You will define the culture of excellence and accountability. High-Value Deals: Personally leading the charge on closing key enterprise-level accounts, setting the standard for your team. Process Excellence: Implementing a disciplined, data-driven sales process using modern CRM tools (we use Zoho) to ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management. C-Suite Collaboration: Working directly with the founding team and other VPs to align on strategy and drive the company's vision forward.
