About the Role We are now looking for a VP of Growth & Revenue to own, structure, and scale our growth engine. This is not a marketing role. This is a senior business leadership position. You will own the full acquisition-to-revenue perimeter and play a central role in shaping Colonies’ growth strategy. You will sit on the Executive Committee and work directly with the founders, Product, Tech, Sales, Finance, and Operations. Responsibilities Growth, acquisition, and revenue ownership Define and lead the Colonies’ global acquisition strategy across all channels SEA, paid social, SEO, partnerships, platforms, referral and selective offline Own revenue performance end-to-end demand generation, conversion, pricing, yield, channel mix, ROI Implement advanced revenue management and allocation logics segmentation, yield optimisation, budget arbitration, and marginal ROI Operate at a very granular data level, dashboards, cohort analysis, experiments, and continuous optimisation Segmentation, positioning and value proposition Structure and refine client segmentation across geographies and products Clarify and evolve the value proposition by segment, city, and residence type Work closely with Product and Brand to align promise, UX, messaging and funnel Contribute directly to go to market and product marketing strategy Brand, product marketing, and website Lead and manage the teams responsible for brand, communication, and product marketing Ensure consistency between performance marketing and brand positioning Own Colonies’ website strategy acquisition, conversion, SEO, content, and UX evolution Bring a strong analytical lens to creative and positioning decisions Leadership and organisation Build, lead and scale a high level growth and marketing team Set a demanding, data driven and execution oriented culture Bring clarity, structure and solutions in complex and high pressure environments Act as a strategic sparring partner to the founders Qualifications 8 plus years of experience in growth, acquisition and revenue roles Strong background in performance marketing and revenue management Excellent mastery of digital acquisition channels Very strong analytical and quantitative mindset Experience in tech, scale-up or product-driven environments Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels Proven ability to navigate complexity and sustained pressure Creative, solution-oriented and highly driven Strong leadership and communication skills Would rather manage small but mighty teams than overstaff them to compensate Why join Colonies A massive and still largely untapped market A unique opportunity to help redefine how people live in cities A true executive role with direct impact on company performance A multi-country, multi-product growth playground An ambitious, fast-growing company with a strong product and data culture Locations Paris Remote status Temporarily Remote Employment type Contract About Colonies Founded in 2017 Coworkers 100
