Our SaaS-based software provides eCommerce Localization Engine that enables online retailers to rapidly expand their marketplace business into international markets. Our services are used by over 20,000 retailers across Europe, US and China and are used to run cross-border eCommerce stores with some of the biggest names in e-commerce such as Amazon, Ebay and others. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven VP of Demand Generation, who will lead and drive the growth of our business through setting up, implementing and managing the company’s marketing strategy. VP Demand Generation Location: Global (fully remote) This position is an exceptional opportunity for a smart, creative, collaborative and highly motivated leader to grow Webinterpret’s customer base across all marketplaces in Europe, US and China. In charge of leading the marketing team, you will also work closely with partnerships, sales, product and business teams to expand our international footprint, increase our visibility and acquire new customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide leadership in global marketing and develop the vision & strategy Build, plan and implement the marketing channel acquisition strategy, across all e-commerce marketplaces globally, in line with company strategy Establish KPIs for all programs, create results forecasts, and track performance to ensure marketing plans are delivering best business outcomes. Create acquisition marketing channels, to generate leads, using marketing tools. Improve lead conversion through data enrichment tools and nurturing campaigns Manage company emailing, drip campaigns, PR & communications, social media, events, marketing material and content. Ownership and development of company branding to deliver strategic goals Lead, motivate and develop your team. Coordinate with the team and give regular guidance and mentorship. Create and maintain strong relationships with the growth, product, sales and commercial teams to align the marketing vision, value proposition and customer experience Drive the overall business success, as part of the senior management team, MUST HAVE Extensive e-commerce marketing experience: 10+ years with past experience on both consumer and business sides Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, specifically relating to demand and lead generation in growing online marketing acquisition channels (SEM, SEO, Email, Display, …) as well as offline channels (PR, events, print, …) Strong knowledge and ability to exploit the Saas, e-commerce and marketplaces global landscape including: key solution providers, platforms and technologies Highly analytical with the ability to set up dashboards and maximize multiple KPIs across various platforms and optimise marketing channel ROI performance At least 5 years of senior leadership experience with the ability to motivate, manage and provide professional development to the team Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills Confidence, credibility and ability to contribute effectively to Webinterpret’s success Attention to detail and passion for delivering a great customer experience. Fluent English with high-level communication and presentation skills Most of the marketing team is currently based in Warsaw but this position offers the option to work remotely from another location with trips as needed to Warsaw
