We provide qualified leads, training, and ongoing technical support to help you succeed. Expected earnings: $35,000CAD+ annually Role Overview Our Virtual Design Consultants act as trusted advisors, helping customers transform their ideas into organized, beautiful spaces. You will assist customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to final design and purchase. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy combining design creativity with consultative sales . Responsibilities Assist customers remotely with designing closets and storage solutions Guide customers through our online 3D design configurator Provide layout recommendations and product suggestions Prepare quotes and help customers complete their purchase Communicate via email, chat, phone, and video meetings Follow up with customers and answer product questions Maintain organized client notes and project details Requirements Strong communication skills Fluent English Comfortable learning and using online software tools Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Interest in interior design, home improvement, or space planning Ability to work independently Reliable internet connection Own computer (Windows preferred) Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
