We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Client Onboarding Specialist. In this fully remote role, you will guide new clients through the setup and coordination travel process, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with onboarding and organizing personalized travel plans
Research, compare, and confirm arrangements using approved systems
Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations based on client preferences and budgets
Communicate professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Manage updates, changes, and client service inquiries promptly
Maintain organized and accurate client records and documentation
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused with attention to detail and solid organizational abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years old
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
